Add ability to include add-on earnings into eMars Export Report. We need A separate colum for Fringe Paid as Cash and Calculatred OT paid as Cash

This is needed in order for  our certified reports to correctly show what we paid (hourly rate + Fringe + Fringe paid as cash). Employee cross crafts & the other craft may have a hihger fringe than the union the employee belongs to. We have to pay the difference on their check as cash,. It's not showing on CPR's. Same with Calc OT.
