We need step by step instructions on how to set up these in Viewpoint. There are currently no instructions on how to do this in the knowledge base.

If your situation is that 1 certified payroll job covers work in multiple locations that have different rates - I may have a solution:
Set up the main job as a Contract in JC Contract Master. You can then set up a separate job (would be called a sub-job in this instance) for each county, and set up a Craft Template specific to that county on each sub-job. Suggest you search for "Sub Job" in the Knowledge Base.
