Customer has employees who work as technicians on Service management work orders as well as directly on jobs.
employees time cards are a combination of type SM- service management and type- Job with variant rate on earn code.
Currently weight averages only calculates on those Job type timecards that include a craft/class and template linked to a job.
customer needs the work order SM timecard rates to figure in the weighted average overtime rate as well as the job timecards.

Still an issue that needs to be corrected.
Any reason there wouldn't be a setting that is at the Company Parameters level to use weighted average OT for all hours worked regardless of if they are coded to project, linked to craft-class, etc. Doesn't Department of Labor require weighted average overtime on all hours worked?
Having same issue with Mechanic time cards.
