Regarding the SM Invoice Review form:
From an accounting perspective for our company, users should NEVER be able to use the Edit Record or Remove Line functions if the invoice delivery status is already flagged as ‘delivered’ to the customer in the system. This creates discrepancies between versions for the customer and make it harder to track which version they have.
There should be a setting that allows each company to choose how they want this handled.
For us, once an invoice has been ‘delivered’ modifications to the original invoice CANNOT be permitted at all by any users, instead, a credit invoice should be issued to cover the difference or a change invoice function should be added to the system so AR can track the various versions.
