Quicker workflow for entering Credit Memos or Adjustments during SM Invoice workflow

Over half of our SM customers require a Credit Memo (or Adjustment) to their invoice, and we go thru about 20 customers per day. It would be sweet if the workflow for adding a Credit Memo (or Adjustment) was a bit less clunky.

As it is, the CSR must

1. Open [AR Invoice Entry] (can happen via a custom button)
2. Tap OK to "Create new batch".
3. Fill out the form and select the invoice number which was present in SM Invoice Review.
4. Enter the amount
5. Process the batch (closes the form).

It would be NICE if there was a button for "Create Credit Memo / Adjustment" which would do steps 1-3 automatically, as all the info is known while the user is in the SM Invoice Review window.

It would be AWESOME if there was an additional detail grid in the SM Invoice Review window called "Adjustments" wherein the user could add/remove Credit Memos/Adjustments as needed, and the posting would happen behind the scenes. I realize this AWESOME enhancement would require a lot more work on VP's part, yet I think all current SM customers (think small service businesses) might enjoy it.
