Over half of our SM customers require a Credit Memo (or Adjustment) to their invoice, and we go thru about 20 customers per day. It would be sweet if the workflow for adding a Credit Memo (or Adjustment) was a bit less clunky.

It would be NICE if there was a button for "Create Credit Memo / Adjustment" which would do steps 1-3 automatically, as all the info is known while the user is in the SM Invoice Review window.
It would be AWESOME if there was an additional detail grid in the SM Invoice Review window called "Adjustments" wherein the user could add/remove Credit Memos/Adjustments as needed, and the posting would happen behind the scenes. I realize this AWESOME enhancement would require a lot more work on VP's part, yet I think all current SM customers (think small service businesses) might enjoy it.
