INCompany Parameter setting not functioning on SM WO scope materials tab

There is an option in the INCompanyParameters that when unchecked, prevents users from modifying unit cost overrides in the PM and SM modules.

This override is working properly for entries on the SM Work Completed tab however users can still modify the cost on the SM WO Scope Materials tab and they should not be able to do this for inventoried items if this setting is in place.

Please repair. Thanks.
