Ability to have multiple default contacts to be emailed a service report under service site.

While under SM service sites only one contact is used for a default contact. This is sent to a field connect device included in the work order and the default contacts email auto-populates in the "send to" for service reports. Although you can add multiple contacts for a site, their emails do not populate with the default. Most of our customer sites require multiple contacts to receive service reports. It would be useful to have an option to select multiple contacts under a service site to auto-populate, so it would eliminate the human error to have to pull in manually.

    Completely agree. I have customers as well as Project Managers who want this report and unless emails are really short i can squeeze multiples in on the default contact, we are stuck. Should not have to make technicians know who all needs the service report on each site.

    This feature is beyond needed.  Site contacts ask for automatic emails frequently.  This must now be managed with a note and then manual intervention from the dispatch to export, send, and then go look at the SM Service site contact to copy and paste the email address.  This enhancement should ALSO include the ability to attached the preferred report to get emailed to the customer.
