Eliminate Locked sessions from SM Invoice Review

Locking SM Invoice sessions severely slows down workflow. If an SM Invoice session is forcibly or accidentally closed 15 minutes is too long to wait for the lockout to end.

    We're on 2022 R2.04 and this is significantly impacting our service team's operations on a daily basis.

    I agree! I'm in version 2021 R2.07 and we are still seeing the issue happen.

    Come on now. We've been waiting patiently for 4 years now. Billing is stressful enough as it is without being dead in the water for 15 mins or more each time this happens.

    Or at the very least give admins the ability to unlock a session for time sensitive invoices like we have the ability to unlock an HQ Batch
