When you have the dispatch board open and are dragging a trip from tech to tech, or from unassigned to a tech, or re-positioning it in any way, there is no visible indicator of the connection between the WorkOrder start/stop, and the mouse position.
It would be really nice if we could see a preview of the start/stop at the destination while the trip was still being dragged. If that is not possible, at least show a partially transparent bitmap copy of the trip attached to the RIGHT of the mouse pointer, so the user has an idea of where it will end up when they let up the mouse button. 😁
