Penguin can adjust expiration dates so that they never expire, but service agreements require a yearly review for equipment updates, rate/tax adjustments and yearly fee billing.
Evergreen agreements.

I confused two things, both of which will need attention for the NonExpiring agreements to work: SM Generate PM Work Order, and SM Agreement Billings Due.
The WorkOrder generation process could use schedule already defined in SM Service : Schedule. As for the BILLINGS DUE, that would need some additonal help.
Interesting... inside Agreements if you hit F3 in any field, you can find a field called "NonExpiring" and make it visible in the form. This allows you to ACTIVATE an agreement without an expiration date.
But since there is NO HELP associated with the field, and since you can't setup automatic billing without an expiration, it seems quite limited.
Here's an idea: When SM Generate PM Work Orders is run, why not dynamically determine (based on the SM Service : Schedule tab) if a bill should be created, for these "Non Expiring" agreements?
THIS! We are looking for a way to have a "Membership" system wherein the client pays a certain cost each month. As long as they keep paying, the agreement should never expire. And there should be way to quickly see how much money has been paid into this agreement.
