I want to use JC Fixed Rates for my main earnings and deductions/liabilities, but there are some overhead allocations in there that I still want to calculate and charge to separate GL's and Phase Codes. A simple check box on each EDL Code to decide which were overridden and which were not would be extremely beneficial!

We just ran into this as well in PR Department master. The Liability tab was overriding what was specified in "Phase Overrides", but only sometimes on some jobs. Very confusing and pointless. A checkbox like [Override Phases] in the Liability tab would have been great.
