Please add the ability to override pay on a specific job by employee rather than just the craft class. The craft class template could be modeled similar to the JC Fixed rate template where pay rates on a template can be overridden for the craft class combination, or for a specific employee.

Need ability to reduce add-on $ by employee. Some Certified Wages require fringe benefits to be paid through either cash or bone fide programs. Each employee has a different bone fide fringe value. Example: craft class Add-on for Cash Fringe is $6.10. Employee A bone fide fringe benefit value is $1.10. Cash fringe should then be paid at $5.00.
I would add the option to Exclude certain employees from the template as well. Occasionally we have a per diem set up for everyone except the foreman because they get a hotel room/meals provided instead. It also pops up when we have some employees on a job from out of the area (needing per diem), but others are local (no per diem). We have to resort to manual entry of per diem instead of letting Vista run it automatically.
Yes, this has been needed for a long time. I always receive a directive to pay someone Foreman scale on a specific job and their rate should remain at journeyman scale when working on any other job. I cannot image that this isn't common in all construction work. There has never been an easy way to set this up in Vista.
