HR module needs more than just a checkbox for "disabled" and the type of disability. We need to be able to track the date when an employee became disabled, and to track whether an employee chooses the "I don't wish to answer" portion of the form CC-305.
The regulations require that contractors invite applicants to self–identify as IWDs at both the pre–offer and post–offer phases of the application process, using language prescribed by OFCCP. The regulations also require that contractors invite their employees to self–identify as IWDs every five years, using the prescribed language
