Redesign the AP 1099 Miscellaneous Print Form so that both the top half and the bottom half align correctly in the 1099 envelopes. Currently the SS number shows through the bottom window of the 1099 envelope for 1099s printed on the top half of the form. And the recipient's name is blocked from view for the 1099s printed on the bottom half of the form.
