    This suggestions lacks details - unclear as to request

    Intended behavior is that year-to-date values on an employee's stub are reported for the year of the paid date.  Expenses can be distributed to Job Cost and GL for both months based on pay period cut-off date, but employee accumulations (income and tax w/h) are updated/reported based on paid date, month and year as per IRS requirements
