Brief description of problem:
BOLI and other states are requiring overtime to be average by day. At this point we can only average overtime by the week. See attached worksheet from Oregon BOLI workshop.
I talked to Gary about this and he asked that I create an issue to review for a future enhancement.

Can you call me sometime?
I have quite a few customers calculating cash fringe manually as well… this is a manual exercise for them… it especially affects employees working on prevailing work and non-prevailing work in the same week regardless if overtime is a factor.

Vista supports weighted average overtime calculated using weekly hours and ST pay rates - Oregon requires a similar calculation by day. Will try to work it in to an upcoming release
