Nevada law requires that overtime be paid for more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period, so if an employee works 9-5PM one day and comes in at 7AM the next day, the 2 hours from 7AM - 9AM is overtime, no matter how many hours are worked on the second day.
Currently, Vista only calculates overtime by date, so it will not address our new requirements.
