We are currently using the email deliver for MS invoices. Many of our customers have asked if there is a way to change the attachment name to the invoice #, or change the subject of the email or body of the message to include an invoice number or date. Right now, this could only be done by manually changing the subject or message each time a delivery would be done

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
We need the invoice attachments to clearly reflect the invoice number, either within the document itself or in the subject line of the email.
I agree with the other 2 comments as I have been asked if this can be changed. It appears that the naming convention is something generated by Viewpoint with no control by the end user. The recipient of the emails virtually has to open each email to view the invoice before knowing what it was for. Our AP department received this email for several invoices from a sister company and would really like to just drag and drop the email to AP Unapproved without opening each one to know what it was. Need this ASAP to help improve processes.
Our Customers are also requesting to include invoice number in the subject line or the name of the attached PDF. Please let us know how soon this can be added to Vista.
