It would save a lot of time if when you interface a sub-contract or PO that is would automatically reduce the amount on the particular phases in the PM Subcontract and PM Material Detail Non-Interfaced tabs. To have to go in and either manually lower the amount or delete the line so the uncommitted costs reflect correctly is time consuming.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Why when i Put a pco as cost only then allocate to uncommitted cost (no budget change), then issue the sub change order against the PCO are the uncommitted cots reduced by the value of the PCO .
Still looking to see this adjustment be made - our Project Coordinators are pushing to eliminate this step of manually making the cost changes which would then make the buyout reports useless.
