It would be helpful to have an end date for PR Deductions for items that must be elected each year. As it stands, for items such as Flex Spending Deductions, they just start over each January unless I go in at the end of the year and Inactivate them. (makes it hard to be gone at the end of the year on vacation!) :) this would also be helpful for 60 day wage assignments. Right now we have to track on a spreadsheet, and manually turn of the deduction when the time comes.

Debbi,
An option for this exists in Vista, Right-click the Frequency field and go to Scheduled Changes. You can select the date that you want the field to change to the value for your inactive frequency code. Or set the scheduled change to set the rate to $0 on the date you specify. You can also use this to activate a code in the future. Scheduled Changes typically run at 2 AM unless changed in Configure Remote Service on the server.
