Show a small message window when process is complete while running PR Direct Deposit Print program

When PR Direct Deposit Print program is run, it performs three things as per my understanding,  the last of which is it clears 2 tables PRSX and PRSP. However, while performing the process, it shows blue dots and once they stop, no message window pops up saying the process is complete and we can close the program. So once the blue dots stop, we assume the process is complete and we click the close button. However, we observed that for some reason the last process stays incomplete and we find bunch of leftover records in the above two tables from last pay period. This doubles up  the data on the pay stub and then we have to call Vista support to clear those tables so that we print the correct pay stubs. Suggestion is to add a system generated pop up window saying the process is complete and we are good to close the program. This will ensure that  all the 3 steps are complete by the system while running the PR Direct Deposit Print program. My last ticket reference for this issue is 30038591. Thanks
