Currently you can only filter things out by putting them on hold with a reason but there are so many different reasons, everything gets lost by being jumbled all together. This would benefit service coordinators and national accounts as we have a better view of what needs to be followed up with quickly. We use hold for waiting on quotes from sales reps, covid outbreaks, req ETA's (especially with marine vessels that are moving), req PO#s, scheduled subcontractor work (put these on hold with scheduled date), etc. Also, if there are 2 completely different divisions completing an annual inspection on one work order, you can close all your scopes entirely but the other division puts one of their scopes on hold and it still shows in your folder. doesn't make sense.
