System should be able to automatically calculate amount of payroll deductions for benefits based on the employee’s age or salary as necessary. Allow for age and salary ranges to be specified along with an option for a straight rate calculation based on salary. These items will preclude the benefits administrator from having to manually calculate the applicable amount.
