The OSHA ETS will be enacted shortly and will be applicable to employers with more than 100 employees; if you are eligible you need to have a copy of all employee's vaccination cards if they are vaccinated or collect weekly negative test results if they are positive. All of this is protected information under the ADA so adding a tab with security and encryption and attachment type would be most efficient. This would also integrate for future reporting requirements to customers/contractors to prove compliance instead of manually compiling all the data.

We created a Skill code in HR. We haven't added the custom fields to get the details yet, but we intend to soon. They keep changing and we are assuming a Yes or No, plus a date will soon be all we need.
Our solution was to utilize the User Database functionality to just build our own. That allows us to secure the data in Vista, set attachment type (I think? We weren’t planning on utilizing attachments at our company) and more importantly to us add a custom tab to HR Resources so our HR/PR staff doesn’t have to go outside of Vista to maintain this information. Would be nice to be built in though.
In Australia, many industries have mandated the vaccine for all workers. In our industry (construction), this extends to ANYONE who visits one of our sites. We currently have an excel spreadsheet with all vaccination details, but something integrated within Viewpoint would be a massive help to us. Also having it accessible through HFF so guys on site can tell who is and isn't allowed on site.
