Better training would have helped immensely!

We had to file by trial and error. I have been doing year ends for 32 years and this was by far the worst ever. Very aggravating.

  We needed an earlier warning we had to use AATRIX. I didn't find out until I tried to order forms for W-2 and 1099. We should have had an option this year to use AATRIX or through Viewpoint until we had better training. A NIGHTMARE!
