Add Electronic Signature for Manual/Paper Checks in Payroll

This is a useful tool to the Payroll department for those employees whom dont have a bank account for direct deposit and an acutal check has to be cut and mailed. A lot of companies dont always have authorized check signers for payroll on site nor are they available to come to an office to sign payroll checks. This is also useful in the event that there was an error on an employees direct deposit and a check needs to be cut to fix it right away. Also for refunds due to employees after termination that checks are cut and mailed.

Very helpful with Union Employees that are usually paid on Thursdays
