Vista currently uses the report "Title Name" to send to Crystal Reports. When generating a PDF file (print to PDF) with any method the file name is defaulting to the Report Title name.
We print a large volume of PDF files from the system (Purchase Orders, AR Invoices, etc). It would be quite handy if we could specify a "filename" default using some static text as well as some of the available variables passed into the crystal report. This would speed up manual renaming of generated PDF files substantially.
For example (Purchase Order):
"YYYY-MM-DD - COMPANY - PO#XXXXXX.PDF"
Results:
"2023-08-21 - My Company Ltd - PO#12345.PDF"
This would come in handy and save time.

We are in the same boat - we like the ability to go straight to email with the reports, but generic filenames and subject line is very lackluster. Sage MyAssistant allowed you to use parameters to fill in the filename and subject.
