Rename a Standard Tab

The ability to rename standard tabs would enhance workflow, and allow us to customize the look and feel of the interface.

Example: In PM Pending Change Orders (Lower Pane), there is a 'Estimate/Purchase Details' tab. For us, this tab does not represent details, but because we stuff all details into one change order phase to be tracked per hour, this tab actually represents the entire change order. Something like 'Phases' would be a better name in our case.

Perhaps our workflow is wrong, and we should figure out some other way to have our guys in the field track what change order they are working on. Regardless, this wish still stands.
