Multi Technician Assignment

On the SM Dispatch Board, it would be good to be able to assign a work order to a single day for a specific list of users, but it allows any of those users on that dispatch board to view and add Work Completed within Field Service. We have multiple technicians who work at one location. They have a list of work orders that they are able to complete for the day, but each is assigned to a different team - which is decided day of the work. We'd want one of the 5 guys to be able to select that specific work order, and NOT have to assign the work order to each individual, which subsequently creates a trip for each person, as it is setup now.
