Is there a way to add a "red flag" or notification when a user logs into their Vista Web that will remind them that they have open transactions that need to be submitted. Similar to how when there are items that need to be approved, a little red bubble with the number of items are outstanding appear. This would be helpful so that users are getting a regular reminder that they have outstanding items that need their attention/action.
