Currently, AP invoice review workflow is set up through HQ Reviewer Group. The issue for HQ Reviewer Group is limited to a user-based approval process. If a PM leaves the company, we must manually change the reviewer group in JC Job. Shouldn't the HQ Reviewer and Reviewer Group unify with the WF Workflow setting?
WF Workflow can be set up as a role-based and/or user-based approval process. If a PM leaves the Company, we can simply change the PM in the Workflow Tab under JC Job. We still need to manually change PM in the workflow tab. In JC Job, wouldn't it be more efficient to link the Workflow user name under the Workflow tab to the project manager in the info tab?
Lastly, wouldn't it make sense for the Operation Team to assign a project manager to a job through the ProjectSight/ Team, which synchronizes to the JC Job Info Tab? Wouldn't it make sense to also link Project Manager to PR Employee or HR Resources, so that HR can track PM performance or workload?
