Make Viewpoint Vista Great Again

Recently, our company switched from a private server based application to the cloud(I don't know details or versions) and color us all unimpressed.

Viewpoint has become less user-friendly and more frustrating to use. The log in to the application through a web browser is clunky and laggy, and all application reports now take at least 3 times as long to load/process as before. Others in the office have noticed functionality losses in refreshing data and I have also noticed that we can no longer print directly from the app, but we have to export to PDF first. More steps and more time waiting equal lost productivity and a bad user experience.

It's very unfortunate that a new version of a software would make it worse, not better....

      Totally agree. This product could never have passed any quality control review. Trimble has not invested anything in the cloud versions yet is comfortable charging increased prices for an inferior product.

      This was a step back in several ways stated above. In addition, the TC1 site is less than savvy when it comes to Power BI reporting. We are paying much more than before and added new levels of frustration.

      We have also lost the ability to search within the reports.
