Gary, we made a support call and the solution did not work. It was related to VA Security Groups so I'm assuming it's what you suggested. I will call in another support and see if they can help. Thank you.
Security on HR Resources and PR Employees must be maintained independently. You use PR Groups to control access to employee payroll data, but will need to use VA Security Groups to implement data security on your HR Resources. HR Salary History is linked to HRRef, not Employee and therefore relies on your HR security setup. Support can assist with data security setup.
There should be a way to secure the "grid" tab in HR Resource Salary History. Right now if you have more than one group, the payroll clerk can see all groups even though she only has access to just Group #1. She can see the salary of the President! This is a problem!
