Provide an SSRS Dashboard, standard reports, or notifiers intended for Vista Administrators, providing timely notification of errors which require their intervention or warrant contacting Viewpoint.

Many of us have learned how to parse DDAL and other tables trying to proactively identify problems.  I would think as the software developer it should be relatively easy to develop a notifier or report which Vista Administrators could use as a tool to better understand and assist Viewpoint Support when problems develop.  Such as if a user received a error above a certain level send a copy of the error and user information, or when a batch becomes stuck in posting, or the system can communicate with the email server, or a invalid email address is used, etc.   I have developed scripts to locate clients with incorrect DNS entries, Clients that may not have properly updated, Incorrect setup in Report Titles, errors from Message Archive, etc,
