Out dispatchers move equipment in the system when they call for a move. The system updates the JC Job field in EM Equipment. However as payroll comes in later the equipment is moved back to the previous job when payroll is posted. I think the process should check to see if the date worked is greater than the Location Transfer date and update the field if its true. We use the JC Job field on many reports and tools for planning and this behavior is frustrating managers trying to make decisions based on the location of equipment. We know we can toggle the PR update off all together, but like to have it on to pickup missed dispatches and equipment driven to new locations.
