To put this in context, our users only use the PM Pending Change Order module for entering change orders. We went down this path so we were only dealing with one change order module rather than 2-4 modules.
We need the ability to modify a change order, at any stage, i.e. approved or interfaced, from the PM Pending Change Orders module.
Currently if there is a mistake, it's a terrible process to go through all the modules to roll this change order back.

I recently came into a problem where if you create an ACO from the PM approved Change Order module and you add items that are related to a PCO item that has an interfaced PO Change order, you are not able to unapprove that item if changes need to be made. The warning "Material detail has been interfaced for this change order item. Cannot unapprove" comes up. The strange thing is, that you can unapprove ACO items that are related to PCO's that have interfaced Subcontract Change Order. VP support did not have a reason why you can do this for SL's CO's, but not PO CO's.
Definitely agree that this would be a great time saver. This is the most common problem our users run into and because it can be difficult to determine which modules are affected it would be handy to even have a simple process for uninterfacing it as well
I completely agree. Constantly submitting variations to contract to the client and going through weeks of changing it before we agree on a value and having to back out the approved/interfaced change order is ridiculous.
We needed this yesterday...
