No ability to have 3-VAT Tax default during PO Entry, can only default blank, sales, or use.

We have Canadian companies that use VAT tax in the system.  When creating a Purchase Order on billable WOs, the tax section of the PO tries to default Sales Tax.  There is no ability to have this default as VAT tax, so the user must manually update.

  All of the ViewPoint help articles are more geared to US Sales & Use Taxes -and are of little to no help with Canadian tax issues. If the system is going to support Canada as a country, then the system should work better for Canadian specific needs, like taxes.
