Currently there is only 1 PO field on the Agreement form in Vista. Since each scope of a WO can have it's own PO, the PO field should also exist on the work schedule level so customers who provide a PO per line on their agreement (or billable service) can be accommodated. Right now, we have to leave the agreement PO field blank and manually add in these PO's month after month at point of billing.
Next, the agreement renewal process does not currently account for a change in purchase orders at either of the levels noted above. To that end, you need to incorporate a way to update/change the customer's PO in the Agreement Renewal form so that the entire renewal process can be handled from that form without having to return to the agreement to update the PO.
Notes fields also should be included in the renewal form (Agreement header & work schedule notes)
