There is an annoying "design feature" in Vista which sometimes results in a terminated revision of an agreement retaining it's billing lines. I have attached an image to show this. It happens when a user creates a revision and the result is we end up with billing lines on the old terminated version with the same billing lines on the active agreement as well.
Use cases: Sometimes we miss performing a service and can't bill or something happens and we need to do work pro-bono. Sometimes it's system generated as in this example but the bottom line is many customers don't want an invoice and then an adjustment billing to back it out. It's more work for their AP and our AR to match all that up.
Basically, we need a way to SKIP agreement lines when they aren't needed. Just like we can do with work sequences.
Can you just add a SKIP feature to the agreement billing session with a note field attached so we can skip the billing, add a note as to why if needed and then be able to have record of it on the agreement billing schedule?
