All Construction Contractors who have federal aid contracts over $10,000.00. This is a REQUIRED annual report I currenty use the EEO-1 report and manually use the data to submit into the FHWA-1391. If View Point uses the same EEO-1 report to add the Component 2 data I will not be able to use this report the same so it would help much more if View Point would create the FHWA-1391 which is by classification not Occupation as the EEO-1 report is.
