Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I'm not completely clear about the request, but it sounds similar to my issue. I need the ability to control the naming of the PDF attachment created for direct deposit distribution. The gross earnings should NOT be part of the filename, which is clearly visible when email is delivered. Because Keystyle Tmecard processing uses the employee's personal email address to deliver Reviewer notifications rather than the Reviewer email address, we have to make our employees use their office email address as their personal address, so direct deposit notifications are delivered to their office email. It would also be helpful to fix Keystyle to use the Reviewer email address rather than an employee's personal address.
Any recommendations are welcome to make this change.
