For 14 years, our users had a test database to try procedures to see the outcome, for learning and attempting new ways to make our workflow tasks more efficient. Now (since upgrading to 6.19) this is no longer an option. We built a separate server to test new versions, but with a new version there, it is no longer an option to test procedures in the current version, with the current data.

I'm adding my vote to this because I think my request would be solved at the same time as this. I'm looking for a way to run 2 Vista Application Servers (one for production and one for DR). Vista support tells me this is no longer possible due to architecture changes in recent releases. Once you install one App Server it becomes the only one that can function for that environment. This means a common hot/warm DR strategy is not possible with Vista.
Can someone please elaborate on this for me? Thanks.
