The Audit Log in Vista shows a user name as "Keystyle" when something is done through Field Service or through the Employee Portal. Researching who actually performed the function is extremely difficult. Adding the username of the individual or an employee number would allow the Audit to be used in a more functional manner instead of having to open multiple programs after to track down who was responsible for the action.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This would make the audit log much more useful. Please implement it!
