We have efiled our own tax documents for years, and since you made the change to Aatrix we now have to pay them to do it for us. We could do this for free, and now we have to pay. This is just wrong. Please make it possible for users to efile their own documents.

I completely agree with you! I've never experienced a software vendor who forced something they claimed to be so much better on a customer then CHARGED for it and in reality it's worse!!
Or if you get a rejection, they charge you to resubmit it? Why?!
Plus when I would file, if there was a rejection I would know immediately, not having to wait for another company to tell me. I need that instant answer if it was accepted or not, not spinning "waiting for the agency to accept". Anticipating some "love letters" from a couple states.
