As required by DOL FLSA, unless you have a written agreement between employees and employer, you are required to pay any employee that has overtime in a period that includes more than one pay rate as weighted average overtime. There needs to be a setting in company parameters that calculates ANY overtime that includes more than one rate and not just a craft/class rate.

Is this only an option for jobs set up under craft? We haven't gone live yet, but this is a requirement for us. How are you overriding the OT rate if you're having to calculate manually?
