Update PR Employee with the Crew in the 'Current' section when the employee is added to the Crew form and vice versa.

Many companies use the Crew field in PR Employees for reporting purposes, not necessarily for a crew time cards.  It would be practical to have the Crew field update in PR Employees if the employee is added to the Crew on the Crew form and vice-versa.  If the Crew is added to the PR Employee it would update the Crew form with the Employee.
