Please add the Most Recent Rehire Date and the Most Recent Separation Date fields from the PR Employees form to the HR Resource Master. This way you can see the same hire / term data in both modules.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Is this still something that is going to be implemented any time soon? We have created a UD field currently for recent rehire, but for standard reports like the HR Anniversary Date and the HR Resource review the date being used is the hire date, not the rehire date. This makes it appear as though a rehire has been at the company longer than they have been. We also have an automatic renewal of 401k benefits in place for any rehire so that they do not have to wait for the open enrollment period like a new hire would. This field would be valuable for anyone to use.
Please ensure that this functionality does not cause conflicts for employees who have worked in multiple PR Companies when a single HR Company is used. When an employee is transferred from one PR Company to another the HR Record should update to reflect the most recent hire date in the new PR Company but should retain the most recent term from the previous PR Company not update to the most recent term in the new PR Company.
In our company HR would see the rehire first and hopefully carry over to PR. But if we could have the two field sync up regardless of whether it was updated in HR or PR it would be best.
Have a new security setting for PR dates so if you wanted PR to view only, that could be accomplished with a security setting
Editable in both, come companies have PR enter these dates, not HR.
HR be the editor
I believe HR should edit and view and PR view only. Would we then have a report i.e.anniversary list showing rehire dates in place of hire dates, if the employee has a RD?
I believe it would be more appropriate for HR to enter and be visible in PR as HR is the responsible function for hire/rehire activity.
Agreed... Editable in both HR and PR would be preferred.

Do you want these dates to be editable from HR or display only and maintained from PR?
