Any user who doesn't have access to the Additional Info tab (shows pay rates etc) cannot sort PR Employees to show active employees only. Currently one of our users sees 323 records instead of 117.
There is no way for them to be able to see active employees only in PR and to be able to export the grid with only active employees. If my colleague needs a PR Employees grid export, someone else needs to do it for them.
In HR, the Active PR Employee box is in the Payroll Info tab (pay rates not displayed) so they can sort by active employees only.
If the "Active" box in PR Employees was moved to the Info tab, everyone with access to PR could have access to current employees, regardless of their security settings.
